1990's

Westmount begins to concentrate on industrial packaging, reducing focus on the retail sector and increasing stocks of products like cardboard boxes, packing tape and voidfill.

1996

Geoff's son, Derek Howden moves to Tunbridge Wells, Kent with his young family and sets up a Westmount branch in Tonbridge.

2003

The entire Westmount operation combines, and moves to a new location in Paddock Wood, Kent

2008-10

We obtain new customers in the art & museum sectors, and a full range of fine art and conservation products is introduced

2020-22

Westmount moves to meet market needs of High Performance Packaging, creating new materials and re-creating old to enable others to pack the irreplaceable.
